If you would like to create a high-quality PDF file, you can use the program CutePDF Writer. This is a free program and it can be downloaded here. After downloading and installing the program, all you need to do is go to File/Print and select CutePDF Writer in the Select Printer menu.

Please Use Wax Free Inks

Please Don't Coat/Seal/Laminate the Sheet on Both Sides or Use C2S Paper

(Sealing the sheet on both sides may cause it to separate and 'popcorn' when heated.)
